Noctua is usually quieter, but the U12S isn't what I would call one of their better coolers. It only has 5 heat pipes and still uses an NF-F12 instead of their much better NF-A12x25. By comparison, the Mugen 5 has 6 heat pipes. The single fan it comes with is plenty for a 5600x, but adding a second fan can reduce noise under higher loads.There seems to be a lot of wasted space in the case, especially in between the rad and GPU. The NR200P is really nice, especially the 4.0 riser cable. The power cable location on the bottom is also very nice. And the dark grey color will match nicely with RTX 30X0 FE graphic cards.The pros for the NR200P max are that it is considerably smaller, and that alot of things are already pre-routed like the 280mm AIO, 850W PSU/etc, so building in it will be easier. I have been worried my GPU was not getting enough power (600w) and recently pulled the trigger on a NR200p Max since it included a 850w PSU.
